Judy Milam - Office Manager at Z Chiropractic and Decompression

Judy Milam became the office manager two years ago, but she began her journey with Dr. Zwierstra as a patient in 2013, then later filled in as office staff part time over the years. After suffering with chronic back pain and migraines for years, she decided to give chiropractic a try. The relief was unbelievable! Taking several daily medications to combat the frequency of her migraines, and living with horrible back pain became a thing of the past for her! Judy is a big supporter of alternative healing methods and chiropractic manipulation, spinal decompression, and acupuncture treatments as they have greatly improved her quality of life.

When she isn’t working at the office, Judy enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and especially her grandchildren. She is an avid cruiser, and she spends most of her vacations on a cruise ship. Some of her other hobbies include listening to live music and dancing.
